The shopping cart allows you to buy several products with

As you view our merchandise, there will be an "Add to
Cart" button next to each image, which will add items
to your electronic "Shopping Cart" when clicked.
Your items will be tallied and held for your final review
in a secure "Shopping Cart" as you continue shopping.
Once you've finished shopping, you can review your order,
add or delete items, then submit the contents of your shopping
cart as an order by clicking the "Check Out" button.

What company do you use to ship
orders?
Laurel Ink chooses the fastest and most economical shipping
service available, usually UPS or USPS. Please note that UPS
will not deliver to a P.O. Box. In the case of a P.O. Box
address, USPS will handle shipping.
How soon will I receive my order?
Please allow an average of three weeks to receive your order.
This includes 5-7 business days for shipping. Priority shipping
is available upon request, and takes 2 business days.

Laurel Ink keeps all customer information confidential, and
does not provide or sell your email or postal address to anyone.
To protect your privacy, Laurel Ink uses Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) technology to ensure the security of your online ordering
information.

unbroken key or a closed lock at the bottom of your screen
while you are in the Shopping Cart, indicating that SSL is

To double-check for security, look at the URL line (or address

Are cookies used on the Laurel Ink website?

- Laurel Ink must be notified by email sales@laurelink.com
or phone 1.800.850.0081 within 10 days of receipt
of any damaged or defective merchandise.
- Upon notification of damaged merchandise, Laurel Ink will
assign a Return Authorization Number.
- All returned items are required to have a Return Authorization
Number. Any merchandise returned without a Return Authorization
Number will be refused.
- All merchandise ordered and shipped, but subsequently
refused, will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition
to inbound and outbound freight.
- All orders are valid unless cancellation notification
is received 24 hours after placing initial order. You may
